The main challenge was negotiating the inclusion of prices, which the client initially resisted but proved essential for improving customer acquisition and retention.

We conducted a thorough user journey and competitor analysis, tested with users, and implemented clear package estimates, while enhancing the design to be more user-friendly and aligned with the branding.
