Original site lacked visual guidance and directed users straight to quotes. Surfers wanted quick purchases, client wanted direct contact. Goal: align user needs with brand vision.

Conducted competitive analysis and redesigned the user flow. Created standard boards for experts, added a personalized support pop-up, developed moodboards, typography, and colors, and iterated through low, mid, and high fidelity prototypes. Tested with users to validate flow while preserving brand goals.
